Operations Manager

Jackie Marwaha

Jackie manages the complex operations of The Bond Company. She leads the continuous development of our business and manages our sites leading our dedicated team.

Assistant Manager

Paul Hirst

Starting off as our Artist-in-Residence, Paul now assists with the day-to-day running of the site, covering everything from maintenance to event management. He still dabbles in art and designs much of our marketing material.


Bernie McLaughlin

Bernie is our experienced Accounts Administrator, here to help you with all your finance related questions.

Reception and Office Coordinator

Sophie Spencer

Sophie is our smiling face in reception welcoming you to The Bond. She oversees the running of our office and also liaises with our tenants in the day to day running of our thriving Business Community.

Weddings & Events Coordinator

Izzy Evans

Izzy oversees our weddings, private and public events, as well as our larger conferences. With a keen eye for detail she'll ensure your event is perfect

Meeting Rooms Assistant

Ollie Shepherd

Ollie coordinates all of our meeting rooms, helping you to decide on the best facilities and add-ons based on your needs. He will be your contact throughout your booking and be there to assist you during your visit.

Catering Coordinator

Carl Hayward-Murray

Carl creates our exciting menus and guides his experienced team to cater for your event as well as running our superb café.

Events & Office Assistant

Barbora Neuhauserová

Whilst finishing her studies in Events Management, Barbs assists with the day-to-day running of our office & meeting rooms, as well as assisting with weddings during the planning process and on the day.
