From the M6 at Junction 6 (Spaghetti Junction) head towards Birmingham on A38(M). Take the slip road for “Ring Road and Other Routes” and then take the first exit at the roundabout. Go straight across two roundabouts, staying on the Lawley Middleway. Go under the railway bridge and then turn right at the next roundabout into Great Barr Street. At the traffic lights turn right into Fazeley Street, and The Bond Company is approximately 100m on your right.
We are a 15-20 minute walk from New Street Station and a 10 minute walk from Moor Street Station.
From New Street Station head towards the exits for Bullring and Moor Street Station. Once outside the station (under the big eye!) turn left and go through the tunnel, you will come out opposite Moor Street Station. Cross the road and head left, towards Hotel LaTour. When you are at Hotel LaTour turn right across the pedestrian area and head down Fazeley Street; The Bond Company is at the end of the street on your left.
Please be warned that if you use Google Maps’ walking directions you may end up on the other side of the canal to our building! If this happens, continue walking (with The Bond Company on your right) and you will come to a bridge which will take you across the canal and onto Fazeley Street, our building is 100m up the street on the right.
We have a small on-site car park available for our visitors and tenants, with limited spaces offered on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. When you arrive please press the intercom button by our car park to gain access, and then come and sign your car in at Reception. We are unable to guarantee spaces on the day so we do recommend that our visitors travel via public transport when possible.
Parking is chargeable from Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm at £1 per hour or £5 per day. Parking is free at weekends and after 6pm on weekdays. There is also designated parking for people with disabilities available free of charge.
If our on-site car parks are full we will do our best to direct you to the nearest public car park. Information about alternative parking in the area can be found on Parkopedia (click here).
